Orders & Returns Policy

Pre-Orders & Orders

We will gladly take a pre-order on all items that are coming out. If an Item is not in stock, we will order it for you. Just a few things to make sure we provide you with your orders.

  • Please provide an accurate name and phone number to contact you
  • We will contact with the number you provided once your order arrives
  • Once your order arrives it will be held for 2 weeks.
  • After 2 weeks, if no arrangements have been made, it will be removed and put out onto the sales floor
  • In the event we are allocated, product goes to customers in the following order:
    • People with running monthly orders
    • Paid in full orders
    • Date the pre-order/order was made
  • We do reserve the right to limit item quantities at anytime.
  • Orders exceeding $200.00 may be required to place a 50% deposit down for the order.
  • In some cases the entire order may have to be paid in full before the order will be placed

 

Holds

We will be more than willing to hold product for customers. If you would like us to hold a non-ordered product for you so you can pick it up later, we will pull the product and set it aside for 48 hours. Without any other arrangements, the product will be put back out for sale after that time period.

 

Returns

We will gladly take returns on items purchased from our store with these few conditions.

  • It is within 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • You need to have a receipt. If you do not, we will attempt to look it up but cannot guarantee we will be able to recover it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Funds will be returned in the manner they were given. If a card cannot be presented to return funds too, it will be returned as store credit.
  • Items contained within a product may not be swapped out for another product.
  • All resale items are sold as is and no returns.
